How to ask

Email hello@carepoint.cm with the subject “Delete my PharmaGuide data”.

In the message, include the email address on the pharmacy account, or the name and phone number used on a prescription upload. Say whether you want the account closed, a prescription removed, or both.

What we delete

We delete the pharmacy account, its listing, and prescription uploads tied to that request. We also delete them if you only used a name and phone number and never created an account.

Search text and location are not kept as a profile. Saved pharmacies on your phone stay there until you remove them or uninstall the app. We cannot erase those from here.

When it is done

We may ask you to confirm that the account or the prescription is yours. We then delete the data unless the law requires us to keep a record. A prescription is deleted when you ask, and in any case within 12 months after the request is closed.
